Anita Kehr, Pastor

Anita's primary responsibilities lie in pastoral care, preaching and worship, and administration.

Anita graduated from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in 1998 and lives in Waterford with her husband, Bryan.  She began her ministry at Berkey Avenue in 1999.  She served on the inaugural editorial board for Vision:  A Journal for Church and Theology and has been active in the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference.

Anita and Bryan have three children--Hannah (and husband Justin) Heinzekehr, Mayeken, and Elias--who are spread across the United States in various stages of schooling.

Dan Schrock, Pastor

Dan's primary responsibilities lie in preaching, Christian education, spiritual direction, and long-term vision.

After graduating from Chicago Theological Seminary in 1987, he worked at the Lombard Mennonite Church in Lombard, Illinois. In 2007 he received the Doctor of Ministry degree in Christian spirituality from Columbia Theological Seminary, where his project report was entitled, "Stirrings of Contemplation in the Obscure Night."

From 1991 to 2002 he was pastor of the Columbus Mennonite Church in Columbus, Ohio. Immediately after leaving Columbus he joined Anita Kehr as part of BAMF's pastoral staff. He and Jennifer have two sons, Peter and Nicholas.

In addition to his work at the church, Dan also offers spiritual direction to pastors and other church leaders across the United States.
