This Sunday, November 18, everyone is invited to gather for the congregational meal and meeting following the nurture hour, 12:00 p.m. Bring a main dish and a salad or dessert to share, as well as your own table service. Also, please plan to help clean up after the meal so that everyone can attend the meeting.
During the meeting, childcare will be provided by the Bethany Volleyball Team. The meeting will begin after the meal; the agenda includes:
- Approval of minutes
- Financial report
- Vote on the call of Mark Schloneger
- Review of leadership structure
