The Goshen Farmers Market is a 501(c)3 organization committed to making healthy, local food more accessible to the Goshen community. Our “Share the Bounty” program enables individuals and organizations to subsidize fresh, nutritious food for low income families, providing almost $24,000 worth of produce to neighbors in need over the past 8 seasons. Our goal for the coming year is to use this program to create new partnerships with local congregations and expand its impact in the Goshen community.

This Thanksgiving, we’re partnering with Maple City Market, The Window, and other local organizations to highlight the program alongside other efforts during “Share the Bounty” week, November 18 to 23. Highlights include several community dialogues and networking events, a screening of “A Place at the Table,” and a Harvest Celebration at the Goshen Farmers Market on the 23rd. The current lineup of Share the Bounty events are posted at www.goshenfarmersmarket.org/bounty. We hope you can join us and we wish you a holiday season filled with thanks giving.
