Summary
Whether we are aware of it or not, we all tie together various events in our lives to form a story to explain who we are, where we have come from, and why we act and live the way that we do. But how do our stories connect to God’s larger story of mercy, healing, and peace? What would it mean for us to begin and end our days with this verse on our lips: “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one that has been laid; that foundation is Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3:11).
